Ash (she/they) is a PhD Joint Award Candidate at the University of Adelaide and ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½. Since her admission to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2021, Ash has worked at South-Australian based law firms, specialising in criminal and family law. Ash's experience within these areas sparked an interest in wildlife crime, illicit wildlife trade, animal welfare and green criminology. Her current research examines the role of third party e-commerce platforms and government legislation/regulations in driving international wildlife trade dynamics across the UK and Australia.
