Our Vision

The ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Centre of Gravity showcases ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½’s internationally leading expertise in gravitational physics and aims to expand it into new areas. It is founded upon six overlapping pillars of gravitational research:

  • fundamental physics
  • mathematics
  • cosmology
  • relativistic astrophysics
  • experiment
  • data & modelling.

The Centre brings together expertise from the School of Mathematical Sciences and the School of Physics and Astronomy.
