The University aims to ensure that staff are rewarded and recognised for excellent performance and contribution to the University that goes above and beyond normal expectations.

ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Reward Scheme (Important update - February 2024)

Whilst the University remains committed to recognising the continued hard work and contributions from colleagues, please note that after careful consideration, the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Reward Scheme has been temporarily paused as part of a cost-saving exercise, which will be reviewed towards the end of 2024 considering the financial position for the 2024/25 academic year.

ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Reward Scheme

Long Service Awards

Long Service Awards are given to any member of staff who has completed 25 and 40 years' continuous service with the University.
