On Wednesday, 24 April, Dr Klara Polackova Van der Ploeg, Assistant Professor in Law and head of the HRLC's Business, Trade and Human Rights Unit participated in a Community of Practice on Access to Remedy event hosted by the 乐播传媒 University Business School.

The event sought to explore the creation of a space for knowledge exchange between practitioners and academics on non-judicial access to remedy, as well as to share experiences of challenges in working on remedy and exploring concrete strategies to improve current practices. Dr Polackova Van der Ploeg spoke on the topic of access to remedy between judicial and non-judicial mechanisms.
