The Human Rights Law Centre is delighted to continue its collaboration with , for the fourth consecutive year. Our most recent contribution, written by HRLC Member, Dr Alexus McNally, addresses the failures of Trinidad & Tobago’s criminal justice system, and argues that these, in combination with the country's withdrawal from international human rights oversight, have created a systemic issue in pre-trial detention, in which the accused are held for years without trial.

The HRLC's partnership ongoing partnership, offers students and staff at the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ a platform to contribute to the global legal discourse on critical legislative developments and their broader impacts.
