Biography
Sharang is a PhD student in Music at the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½, funded by a Collaborative Doctoral Award from Midlands4Cities. Under joint supervision at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ and the Bodleian Libraries, he works on manuscripts containing medieval ecclesiastical Latin plainchant. He previously completed an M.St. in Music at the University of Oxford, focusing on the music-theory treatises of Guido of Arezzo. An active musician, Sharang currently sings as a Lay Clerk with The Queen's College Chapel Choir, Oxford.
