Dr Peter Trepte, Dr Eduardo Parisi (online), and Muath Alzahim
The School of Law is pleased to announce that Muath Alzahim passed his PhD viva voce examination on Monday 15 June 2026.
Muath's thesis 'Framework Agreements in the Saudi Legal System: A Comparative Study' was supervised by Dr Aris Georgopoulos (Assistant Professor in Law, School of Law, ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½) and Anna La Chimia (Professor of Law and Development, School of Law, ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½).
The internal examiner was Dr Peter Trepte (Senior Fellow in Public Procurement Law, School of Law, ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½) and the external examiner was Dr Eduardo Parisi (Assistant Professor, University of Milan). Dr Nicholas Gervassis (Assistant Professor in Law (Technology and Data, School of Law, ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½) served as chair of the examination.
