Dr Catherine Williams obtained her BSc in Nutritional Biochemistry from the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ in 2005. She completed a PhD, also, at the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½, under the supervision of Professor Andrew Salter in 2010.
