Pommel is a new online programme featuring the work of poets, artists, and musicians innovating at the intersection of textual, visual, and sonic performance. The two-part dynamic film event, informed by Dr Lila Matsumoto's practice-based research into poetry and sound and funded by the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Arts Impact Accelerator Award, will be broadcast by ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Contemporary on 18 June and 16 July, 8pm. This is a free event.
A broadcast from an alternative world where cable TV is full of exploration, experimentation and DIY beauty. Each episode brings together footage of live performances shot at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Contemporary and videos made by artists innovating at the intersection of textual, visual, and sonic performance.
