We are pleased to announce that Dr Orii McDermott, Senior Research Fellow in the Division of Psychiatry and Applied Psychology, has received a Post Doctoral Award of £23,939 from the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ City Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) to study the needs of young people with dementia, supervised by Professor Martin Orrell.
The award followed a competition last summer for applications from early – mid career researchers for NIHR Research Capability to develop doctoral or post-doctoral fellowship applications on a health related topic.
