City as Lab is currently based at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Central Library, Carrington Street, ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½, NG1 7FH and will be ‘in residence’ until summer 2026. 

  • On arrival, please report to Library Reception and ask for City as Lab in Room 1. 
  • City as Lab, including the Projection Augmented Relief Model, is located in Room 1 on the Ground Floor. 
  • Guest Wi-Fi is available following instructions in the library.

Parking Locations: 

There are various car parks within the city with easy access to City as Lab.  The nearest being Broad Marsh Car Park.  Full details are provided here: https://parking.nottinghamcity.gov.uk/ 

  •  (Zone 2) is available on Castle Boulevard / Haslam Street; Pay using  or by card at the pay and display machines 
  • Or avoid the city centre traffic by parking at one of  sites and catching the bus or tram to the City Centre.   

 
Alternative Transport: 

  • Journeys to the Central Library on public transport can be planned using the . 
  • The connects to destinations to the north (Bulwell and Hucknall), east (University Park, Beeston and Toton), and south (Wilford and Clifton).  ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Railway Station is the closest tram stop to the Central Library.  
  • The Library is only a  from ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Railway Station, with rail links across the UK.
