Max L. Wilson
Director of Undergraduate Students (BSc/MSci programmes)
About what I do
- As Director of Postgraduate Studies, Max oversees all undergraduate Computer Science programmes (BSc/MSci), including teaching, course design, and student progression.
- Max also chairs Student‑Staff Forums three times a year to gather feedback and implement changes to improve your experience.
- Your first point of contact is your personal tutor, but Max can support you with more complex queries

Rong Qu
Director of Postgraduate Research (PhD programmes)

As Director of Postgraduate Research, Rong oversees the operations of all PGR programmes and PGR student journey, including admission, supervision, progression while also leading PGR Student Staff Forums to gather feedback and implement changes to improve PGR experience.
Jeremie Clos
Assistant Director of Postgraduate Research (PhD programmes)
About what I do

As Deputy Director of Postgraduate Research, Jeremie coordinates the PGR EC panel to process EC claims, serves as School PGR student advisor (PGSA) to provide pastoral care, and also co-leads on a range of PGR activities (PGR LCF, induction, research activities) to improve student experience.

As Director of Education and Student Experience, Colin oversees the school’s education processes, focusing on improving teaching, curriculum, and the overall student experience, including wellbeing and career development.

Colin is responsible for ensuring students can actively contribute to shaping their education and services, and that their voices are heard and valued.
Edward Gordon
Education and Student Experience Senior Administrator
About what I do

As the administrative lead for ESE, Ed works closely with academic staff and students to help enhance opportunities for students to achieve the best possible experience.

Ed supports the organisation of regular School activities and advises on student feedback mechanisms across courses.
Chris Greenshalgh
Tutoring for Student Success Coordinator
About what I do

Chris serves as the academic lead and coordinator for the Tutoring for Student Success in the School of Computer Science.

Chris helps to manage each of the Academic Guides, who are your academic support throughout your MSc programmes.

Chris is your point of contact if you have a question about your academic course that cannot be answered by your Academic Guide or if you have concerns about your Academic Guide at any point in the year.
Gavis Morris
Student Advice Coordinator
About what I do

Gavin serves as the administrative lead for Tutoring for Student Success, in which he manages all enquiries and questions from postgraduate students from the Advice Inbox.

Gavin serves as a first point of contact to offer advice and support on general enquiries about your programme, modules, wellbeing and pastoral care.
