Our campuses

We have three campuses in ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½: University Park Campus, Jubilee Campus and Sutton Bonington Campus, as well as teaching locations at the Queen's Medical Centre (QMC) and City Hospital. Where you will be based depends on the subject you are studying.

Getting to our campuses

Public transport

Arriving by public transport offers convenient options for reaching our campuses:

  • By tram: ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½'s tram lines directly connect University Park Campus from various points in the city, including ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Train Station
  • By bus: ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½'s extensive bus network links all our campuses to the city centre

Cycle

Cycle to our campuses and park in one of our 5,000 cycle parking spaces.

You can also make use of our on-campus cycle facilities, including showers, lockers, drying cabinets and cycle repair stands.

If driving to campus by car, entrance details and directions can be found on our campus maps page.

Students are encouraged to use public transport if travelling to campus as there is limited parking available and permits are granted only to students that meet the criteria outlined in our Traffic Regulations - with the exception of students at Sutton Bonington who are all eligible to apply. 

Students without a permit are not permitted to park on campus during weekday core hours (9.15am-4pm). Outside of these core hours students are able to park on campus once .

Travelling between campuses

Hopper buses

The university offers a subsidised inter-campus bus service called the hopper bus. No matter which campus you find yourself on, our hopper buses make getting between campuses quick and easy.

Medilink buses

The Medilink bus provides free transport for students between Queen's Medical Centre (QMC) and City Hospital. Simply show your university card to travel for free. For routes and timetables, visit our Medilink bus page.
